Snake Haul ("the app", "the game") is a free arcade game for Android developed by Xure Solutions ("we", "our", "us"). The game is supported by advertising. This policy explains what data the app collects, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It applies to the app only; the policy for our website is published separately at xuresolutions.in/PrivacyPolicy.html.

1. Information We Collect

There are no accounts in Snake Haul and we never ask you for personal details. The app and the services inside it collect the following:

Advertising ID: the resettable advertising identifier that Google provides on your device, used to select and measure ads. The app declares the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission for this purpose.
Device and app information: device model, operating system version, screen size, language, country, app version and install source.
App activity: which screens you opened, levels you played, how far you got, and which features you used.
IP address: visible to any service your device connects to, and used for coarse country-level targeting and for fraud prevention.
Diagnostics: crash reports and performance measurements, including the stack trace of a crash and the device state around it.

2. What We Do Not Collect

No real names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
No precise or approximate location data. The app requests no location permission of any kind.
No photos, files, contacts, microphone or camera access.
No financial or payment information. Snake Haul contains no in-app purchases; every upgrade in the game is bought with coin and cores that you earn by playing.
No health, contacts, messages, call logs, or any other special-category data.

3. Your Game Progress Stays on Your Device

Your save file — your level, your coin, your cores and your permanent upgrades — is stored locally on your device by the app. It is not uploaded to us and there is no cloud save. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

4. How We Use Data

To operate the game and remember your progress on your device.
To select, deliver and measure the ads that keep the game free.
To understand which levels and features are used, and where players stop playing.
To identify and fix crashes, and to find where the game runs slowly on older phones.
To run configuration experiments — the app can be assigned to a group that receives different settings, so we can compare them. The group is a bucket name we assign; it is not a fact about you.
To measure which marketing campaign led to an install, so we do not pay twice for the same player.
To detect fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Advertising

Snake Haul is funded by advertising. It shows a rewarded video ad that you choose to watch in exchange for an extra life, and it may show an ad between levels. It never shows an ad during a run.

To request an ad, the app sends our advertising partner your advertising ID together with device and connection information such as device model, operating system version, screen size, language, country and IP address. The partner uses this to choose which ad to show, to prevent ad fraud, and to measure whether the ad was seen. We do not send any advertising partner your location, and the app has no location permission to send.

Ads may be personalised based on your advertising ID. Section 8 explains how to turn that off on the device, without going through us.

Ads in Snake Haul are served by Google Ad Manager and by Crackle Technologies PTE Limited, under Crackle's privacy policy.

6. Analytics, Crash Reporting and Remote Configuration

The app uses three Google Firebase services and no others:

Firebase Remote Config — fetches settings and the experiment group described in section 4. It sends no information about you.
Firebase Analytics — records the app activity and device information listed in section 1.
Firebase Crashlytics — records crashes and the device state around them.

All three operate under Google's privacy policy. Firebase Messaging, Authentication, Firestore, Storage and Functions are deliberately not included in the app.

7. Install Attribution

When you install the app, our attribution partner tells us which advertising campaign the install came from, so we can measure whether that campaign was worth running. This tells us about the campaign, not about you: we do not learn who you are from it.

8. Your Choices

Your advertising ID is under your control, on the device, without going through us:

Reset it — Settings → Google → All services → Ads → "Reset advertising ID". Data collected afterwards is no longer linked to your past usage.
Delete it — the same screen offers "Delete advertising ID". Apps then receive a string of zeros instead, and the ads you see become non-personalised.

You can also ask us to delete the analytics data associated with your device by emailing the address in section 12. Include your advertising ID so we can identify the records; without it we have no way to find them.

Uninstalling the app stops all collection and deletes your local save.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share the data described above only with the service providers that make the app work, and only for the purposes described above:

Google — Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config, under Google's privacy policy.
Google Ad Manager — ad serving and measurement, under Google's privacy policy.
Crackle Technologies PTE Limited — advertising and install attribution, under Crackle's privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if we are required to by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

10. Data Retention

Firebase Analytics data is retained for the period set on this project's Firebase Analytics data-retention setting, after which it is deleted automatically. Crashlytics reports are retained for 90 days. Our advertising and attribution partners retain data according to their own policies, linked above.

11. Children's Privacy

Snake Haul is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, it is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has used the app and provided data, contact us at the address in section 12 and we will delete any associated data promptly.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects what we collect or who we share it with, we will say so in the app.
